I LOVE myself a good cheese sauce.
I will literally put it on anything and everything. This version from Veggies Don't Bite is all plants and gets that cheesy color from carrots and red pepper, and the creaminess from the cashews. What I think is an absolute game changer about this recipe is the mustard seed. I usually don't have that on hand, so I'll add about a teaspoon of regular dijon mustard. This is by FAR the best cheese sauce I've ever made. Like I said...you can put this on almost every. single. thing. you eat. Eat it simply as an appetizer with chips, dunk your Buffalo Cauliflower in here, make Macaroni and 'Cheese', drizzle over a veggie burger...you name it!
